Sebastian Jeansson's new mix finally gives these sessions the clarity they deserved — I can actually pick out the backing vocals on the 'Harem Holiday' outtakes now. Three discs of material might seem like overkill for this soundtrack, but hearing how the songs evolved take by take makes it fly by.

The alternate takes here finally sound clean instead of muffled like the bootlegs I used to trade for. Sebastian Jeansson's new mix pulls the backing vocals forward on disc two, and the third disc of session chatter is worth sitting through.
